Pastrami is a cut of smoked beef brisket with a refined taste and a captivating aroma. Low in sugar and fat, it is particularly suited for dieting.
There are 3 varieties:
- Traditional pastrami, which may be enjoyed in chunks or diced, hot or cold;
- Delicatessen-style pastrami, which is easy to slice due to its block shape;
- Peppered pastrami with its stronger taste.
Each variety may be offered in slices.
